What is a suitable replacement?

Can you please let me know which package are you using in your application. SMD or through hole? 

Also please let me know the maximum drain current requirement of your application to suggest suitable alternate.

It is a part in a power probe to allow 12v to be put to a wire when you push the button.

it is SMD

Unfortunately, we do not have a FFF replacement for AUIRFS4010. Below are the alternates which match Drain current and package requirements, but the voltage rating is lower than the existing component. 

AUIRF2804S

AUIRFS8407

AUIRFS8409

Considering that the device is connected to a 12V source ( ex: Battery with a standard variable range of 9V-16V) devices of voltage class 40V have been suggested.

We do have devices with the same electrical specification as AUIRFS4010, but they come with a different package. Below is the list of such alternates.
