Hi,
I needed Gerber files for PCB Layout for EVAL-M1-CTF620N3. I search all Site But Data is not Available.
Can Someone Help To Get Files.
Thanks
Show LessHello
We used an EVAL-M1-101TF + EVAL-M1-05F804R configuration and we get a motor 1 VoltScl value out of range on the configuration wizard.
The DC bus sensing voltage low resistance is 13.3 Kohm and DC bus sensing voltage high resistance is 510Kohm. at 10000RPM the BEFM should be arround 0.9v divided by 13.3/(13.3+510) give us 22mv wich is a low value. is it the problem ?
In attachment you wil find the error , our measurement BEFM and mc2 file
Great regards,
Bernard
Show LessI am currently configuring an EVAL-M1-101TF board connected to an EVAL-M1-IM535 to run a motor with hall sensors, and I can not find the configuration file in the MCEWizard System Configuration Files Package V1.1 (Should be something like EVAL-M1-101TF-IM535.mc2)
Has anyone tried this combination before? Can you share the configuration file?
Also, do I need to remove R9 and short R10 (Or change R10 to 100 ohms) on the EVAL-M1-101TF control board for motor current sensing? (I am assuming yes because it's almost the same configuration for EVAL-M1-101T as shown in EVAL-M1-IM535 User guide figure 15 page 19)
Thanks,
Jaime

Hi,
We have a problem with starting a speed BLDC motor for fan application by using Eval-M1-IM231 + EVAL-M1-101T combinations. We used MCEWizard for configuration parameters, then used the MCEDesigner to load the parameters and test. Unfortunatelly, the motor did not start properly. Instead it vibrated with very slow rotations (1rpm)
Our motor is a very high speed motor with a target speed of 80000rpm. It has low inertia load (relatively small fan blades) The motor spec is:
100W, 6 pole, Lq,Ld=3mH, Ke=1.29V/krpm, Stator resistance=21 Ohm.
We used 20kHz PWM speed.
Would you be able help? any suggestions?
Thanks
teo
Show LessHI, the IM513-L6A chip is indicated for driving three-phase asynchronous motors as in my case, but the suggested controllers, type Eval-M1-101T are declared for driving permanent magnet motors.
What's the solution ?
Show LessHi -
I have the M7-D111T controller and M7-LVMOS power board and I am getting a gatekill fault in MCE Designer as soon as the program is loaded and the motor sitting idle. This is with a parameter file I have configured for my motor (attached). If I load the default parameter text file that comes with the IMD111T-040 firmware download, I can at least run the motor even though the parameters are not correct.
On the power board I have changed the value of the Rs shunt resistor from 0.005 ohm to 0.050 ohm. My motor has a max continuous current of 3.5Arms. Changing the resistor sets the full scale current measurement to 9A. With the shunt resistor change, the current scale value is 46mV/A (226 counte/amp. The original configuration was 4.6mV/A (22 counts /amp), 90A full scale.
My Motor characteristics are:
24V motor, 4 pole, 5000rpm max, rated output 65W.
Winding resistance 0.26 ohms
Motor Lq inductance 0.48mH, Ld inductance 0.38mH. These were measured with LCR meter.
Ke 1.98Vrms/Krpm (measured with scope @ 1000rpm).
Here's a picture of the motor and eval board:
Thanks for the help!
Mike
