i'd just perform a "chip erase" on S6e1c by SW-DP(whithout rewrite CR zone in). and then, it dos not work anymore.

You may have to re-write the CR trim values if it is lost. Please refer to http://www.cypress.com/file/222996/download chapter 2 of the Peripheral manual.

   

Attaching a template project which as reference for FM3 which re-writes CR trim.Please note that this is a reference only and not in standard PDL format, you may have to use similar logic but modify for your device(pwd:cypress)
