Background: This issue occurs because during the “Erase Chip" operation, the whole flash of device is erased including the Cypress Secure Bootloader allocated in the main flash area, which is not protected from erasing.

Solution: Use the "Erase Sectors" operation in J-Flash tool instead of “Erase Chip".

If you have already performed an Erase Chip operation, reprogram the Cypress Secure Bootloader into PSoC 64 MCU by using the re-provisioning instructions from PSoC® 64 Secure MCU Secure Boot SDK User Guide.
