Question:
When I change the Initial drive state of the PSoC® 4 output pin to Logic Low, I am getting the “Unhandled Exception” error. Why?
Answer:
When the option Output enable is selected, the configuration window will throw an exception when you try to change the Initial drive state. This a known issue in PSoC Creator™ and will be fixed in future release.
Workaround:
Write Logic Low on the pin in firmware. Pin will not drive Logic High until the output enable signal is Logic High.
