Answer: Question:
We are getting a blue screen error of "VxD dynamic link call: NTMAPHLP (02) + 00000002 to ?004F?, service 1" when the unit is plugged into a Windows ME system. Is there a fix for this?
Answer:
In WinME, USB removeable media devices are sometimes matched to IEEE 1394 drivers, causing the blue screen error. A utility called "ISDinME", which ensures that the proper driver is loaded when used in conjunction with the Cypress mass storage driver, can be requested from Cypress.
