Cypress's S71GL-N datasheet indicates 3.0V only and Vcc range of 2.0V to 3.3V. Which is the correct Vcc value?
The S71GL-N datasheet indicates a core Vcc range of 2.7V through 3.3V as well as 3.0V only.
Generally, a Cypress Flash memory datasheet that specifies a core Vcc range of 2.7V through 3.6V is considered a 3.0V device, operating within the 3.0V realm, unless otherwise marked with an 'R' designation within the Ordering Part Number (OPN).
The 'R' designation also denotes 3.0V realm, but the core Vcc range is 3.0V through 3.6V.
The Flash device must operate within the 'regulated' core Vcc range of 3.0V through 3.6V to be guaranteed the indicated tACC time. The S71GL064Nxx and S71GL032Nxx both operate within the 3.0V realm (2.7V through 3.3V).
