Question: What is "1 / f" noise?
Answer:
This noise is generated due to multiple reasons in transistor like: impurities in MOSFET channel, random fluctuations of carriers in MOSFET channel etc. It is also known as Flicker or Pink noise. 1/f noise contributes in Random Jitter of clock device.
