Can i use IPM IMX828 for DC-DC converter application

Hi,

I selected IMX828 device for the application of DC_DC converter front end converter.

Planned to operate it at frequency of 80kHz @ 15V Vdd.

How much wattage power supply required for the Vdd.

Also what will be the power consumption of the complete IPM IMX828.

Suggest for the suitable calculations to use the IPM with my 4kW dc-dc converter ( Input : 500V & Output : 12V )

Thanks for posting your questions in the Infineon community.

Yes, you can use it at the primary (Inverter) and secondary sides(rectifier) if your f DC-DC converter topologies. are  PSFB and LLC converters 

The Power required by the VDD pin is very minimal it would be 1mA*15V=15mW

Power consumption means total power loss during rated power?
