Hi, I am trying to use your IGW25N120H3 IGBT in my work. I need to obtain the relationship between IGBT lifetime and junction temperature fluctuations. I want to know where to obtain the power cycle curve.Please let me know if these parameters or curves are already available in any of your documents and if not, please consider providing me with the parameters if possible.

Show LessDouble pulse test recommended test chart The current probe is generally placed at the E-pole of the lower tube. Can the current test be placed at the C-pole position of the IGBT? Will there be any other effects? If it feels like it is placed at the E-pole, it may also interfere with the drive. thanks

Show Less假如,我有一个DFN塑封的单管,按照3根20mil铝线算需要2200~2450um空间。这个空间也可以用80*4mil铝带。 1mm长的铝带和铝线寄生电阻都是0.13。 按照并联电路算,打3根5mm长铝线总寄生电阻不是0.13*5/3=0.22吗?
1根铝带是0.13*5=0.65。
并联铝线总的寄生电阻这么算对吗?
发现铝带并不能减小寄生电阻啊,为什么业界在宣传铝带寄生电阻小?

尊敬的英飞凌公司工程师,图1是我们使用贵公司的IPOSIM功率仿真软件搭建的IGBT热功率仿真模型,采用Three Phase - 3 Level NPC1拓扑结构,图2、图3及图4是仿真模型的具体参数,图5、图6是热仿真结果。

以下是我在使用IPOSIM做热仿真时遇到的三个问题:
问题1:在IPOSIM仿真软件的APPLICATION DATA/Cooling Condition界面,散热器共有Predefined Heatsink、User Defined Heatsink及Fixed Heatsink Temperature三种型号可选,我们想知道这三种散热器型号在使用场景上有什么区别?
问题2:在我们搭建的模型中,使用的是强制风冷散热的散热方式进行散热,但是在图6的温度纹波图中可以看出,模块的最高温度达到了120度以上,散热效果并不理想。我们想通过仿真结果算出单个IGBT的发热功率,但是这里仿真的最高结温超过了预期温度,那么图5里的损耗功率可以用于计算发热功率吗?
问题3:如何用图5中的损耗功率计算单个IGBT模块的总发热功率?

Your letter mentioned “Regarding reverse recovery, our data sheet mainly provides the key parameters of Irm, Qr, and Erec under given conditions for reference.” I would like to know what this “given condition” is. Can you give a detailed explanation of its test principles, circuits, and parameters? In particular, under what circumstances is Irm measured, such as what is the reverse voltage applied at this point? Does the circuit have any devices such as resistors or inductors connected in series?
