I am building a 24S BMS.
I need to drive 120 amp 100v mosfets in BMS.
Can you suggest a gate deriver used in BMS systems for this job?

Can you please share some specific requirements that you are looking for. For example:
1. Isolation requirements
2. Source and sink current capabilities
3. Protection features needed.
4. Drive voltage level preferred
Also please let me know if you require a multi mosfet driver ( ex: Half bridge/ Dual low side/Dual High side) or single switch driver.
No ısolation reg firstly
Sink current capability is until 120 A
Not nesserary protection
Drive voltage is 100 V MAX

Alternate way is to use the gate driver finder tool
Source & Sink current ratings is one of the important parameter in selection of gate driver. It can be calculated as below.
Ig_source_max/ Ig_sink_max = Vcc-Vee/(Rg_int+Rg_ext) , assuming Rg_ext is same for both turn on path & turn off path.
Vcc - Turn on gate drive voltage
Vee - Turn off gate drive voltage
Rg_ext calculation may undergo several iterations based on different application requirements like switching loss, EMI limitations etc., So a wise decision has to be made while selecting the gate driver. Considerably high current rated gate driver can be chosen and later Rg_ext can be tuned to optimise the system performance.
If even after tuning system parameters, there is scope to reduce the Rg further, and if gate driver has the current limitations, then you may also use external booster circuits additional to the driver to fulfil the current requirement.
