First question asked Welcome!

We are using the PVA30N Solid State relay to charge a high impedance ion current detector. When putting relays in series between the charge supply and the charged detector there is still significant leakage to charge the detector even  if the detector has a temporary load applied.

Is there any special concerns when connecting the reply's contact in series where both relay contact my float. Please refer to the attachedCircuit.jpg simple circuit diagram

Dear @EOLDYNSKI ,

Greetings from Infineon.

It is advisable to monitor the control current signal to verify its actual value, if it is zero, as even minimal current levels can lead to leakage on the output end.

Thank you.
