Gate driver for IMZ120R045M1 SiC mosfet

Hi,

I am looking for a gate driver that can suit the IMZ120R045M1 SiC mosfet

for a half bridge inverter and that has a Spice model I can simulate it with.

If someone could help me with that would appreciate it!

Would you like share your idea for the drive? Infineon have some ICs with meet different drive function.
