Hi,
My customer is now considering to use 6EDL7141.
However if MCU has limitation of SPI I/F port, they rather want to choose I2C type interface.
Do you have I2C interface type of 6EDL7141? If you have it, pls let me know the part number.
Appreciate for your support!
Thanks & b.regards,

Hi Miyata,
Thanks for the post.
As of now, we don't have an I2C interface type of 6EDL7141.
The current version is provided only with an integrated SPI interface.
If you are unable to change MCU, try using I2C Bus to SPI Bridge interface IC.
Kindly feel free to ask if you need any other information.
Thanking you!

which customer can use with 6EDL7141? Is it from NXP? TI? Microchip?

Hi Miyata,
Thanks for writing us back.
Here we just want to understand, what is the reason for not choosing a MCU with SPI capability. If you can share more details about the project, we can serve you in better way.
XMC1404 MCU with SPI capability is compatible with 6EDL7141. We recommend to use this part.
Kindly feel free to ask if you need any other information.
Thanking you.

Hi,
We are the distributor to IFX and of we'd like to sell your MCU. Unfortunately, the customer has already decided which MCU to use. So cannot change it. That's why we'd like to design win at least 6EDL7141 in customer's design and want to know the specific part number of I2C Bus to SPI Bridge interface IC. Pls understand customer's and my situation.
Thanks & b.regards,

Hi Miyata,
Thanks for writing us back.
We can understand your situation.
You can go with NXP's part but we haven't tested any.
Evaluation needs to be done at customer's end.
Thanking you!
