Not sure if this is the right forum, but I'll give it a try...
I have a Miller MIG welder with a bad rectifier pack. Specifically, one of three SCRs is bad. It is an EUPEC T568N02TOF. It appears from everywhere I've tried that it is now an obsolete part, and in fact, that is what Miller says when I contacted them. Since Infineon acquired EUPEC, I was hoping there might be a recommended substitute, but I haven't been able to find one.
Can anyone help?

Hi, I got question from my medical equipment customer that they want to choose Thyristor to their new design.
Attached is their circuit, condition. My suggestion would be T3800 or T2160.
Will you pls let me know...
1) In this attached condition, pls let me know how to select right Thyristor step by step.
2) Pls suggest me the part number of Thyristor and let me know the reason behind of it.

Show LessI have to calculate the BAS16-02W reverse diode current for 10V at 25°C and 75°C. We can see from the data sheet the maximum values, see below.
I suppose, that on the date sheet graphs there are the typical values, see below:
The value of the reverse current at 25V and 150°C is 10µA compared to the 30µA of the max. value. Therefore, I suppose that we can find the maximum reverse current from the graph multiplying the found value by three. For example, at 25V and 75°C we found the Ir is about 180nA. Therefore the maximum value is about 180nA*3=540nA. On the other hand, from 25V to 70V Ir grows twice. I estimate, that from 25V to 10V the Ir will be twice lower, about 270nA.
Am I right?
But, when I am looking at the graph at 70V at 25°C I find 10nA current only, but on the data sheet there is 1µA max. current which is 100 times higher. Where is the catch?

Customer is asking if there are any documents that list the moisture level of the BAT5402 diode. On our Infineon product web page it lists "Moisture Level = 1". There is no corresponding mention of moisture in the device data sheet.
I also searched the various SC79 package information at https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/packages/PG-SC79/PG-SC79-2-1/ and also reviewed the Materials Composition document. But found no other reference to "Moisture Level"
Do we offer any additional documents regarding moisture level? Customer just desires one for their quality database.

Is an evaluation board for TVS diodes still available? A photo of this eval board is shown in Infineon app note #178, but a part number or ordering information is not mentioned. Thanks for your help!

Could you tell me about the power loss of both TT60N16SOF and TT175N16SOF?
I think that "On-state power loss per arm PTAV = f (ITAV)" described in the data sheet is the condition of frequency 50 / 60Hz.
Do you have this data at 400Hz?
Their application is a three-phase thyristor rectifier.
