Hi all,

Could you please disclose the measured waveform of the recovered charge (Qr) both T3801N36 and T1930N32 if you have it?

Best regards,

Hi,

The value for Qr is given in data sheet. If it is not enough , could you please tell me the purpose of the measured waveform.

Hi,

In order to calculate the switching loss, is it OK for them to refer to the graph of recovered charge Qr = f (-di / dt)  instead of a waveform?

Best regards,
