Thanks for posting on the Infineon Developer community.
At this time, there is no LTspice model available for TLD5098EP and ILD1151.
However, you can use the SIMetrix and OrCAD simulation model of TLD5098EP that is provided on our website.We have a DC-DC designer tool for LITIX™ Power and Power Flex devices that will assist in calculating components, losses, and stability analysis.
