I seem to have found a bug, the size of the sensor is mm?

What bug are you referring to? Regarding dimensions, yes they are given in mm.

But I measured the sensor with a ruler, its size is about 3.3 cm long, 3.1 cm wide and 2.2 cm high, which does not match the manual

I suppose you are referring to the EVAL_PASCO2_SENSOR2GO
