How do I turn off the EVR33? (without HWCFG Pin)

Hello infineon,

I want to turn off the EVR33 module because it is externally supplying 3.3V to the TC397.

On my board, the HWCFG pin is unconnected, so I have to turn off the EVR33 with an internal register.

Is there a register that shuts down the EVR33 module? Or is there another logical way?

Hi,

The EVR33 module cannot not be turned off/ disabled by the user in the SW using a register. EVR33 is enabled or disabled at startup via the HWCFG[1] configuration pin. Users should connect it as per their desired behavior Please see the section "11.2.1.1 Supply Mode Selection" in the User Manual for more details.
