Hi everyone,

My device is TC337L. I built a bare board for development.
I placed an empty device onto the board. Then use minwigger to access device via JTAG or DAP.
But it always stuck at "Device is Locked" in DAS. Also, connect fail in Memtool.
I try to use memtool ASC/BSL conect device. It works fine.
As I know the empty device is invaild BMHD and ABM header, the device will go to bootstrap.
Is there any way that I can access the empty device via JTAG or DAP directly?

My hardware setting.
HWCFG[1..6] is 001111. I also use 000111. Let boot up into internal flash.
But still get device is locked.
(1 means let these pins open, 0 means have a pull down resister)
I am sure device is not locked. The ESR0 is keeping high when power-on.

Hi Yuva, TBencher

Thanks for your repay. I forget update my final status.
I have solved this problem a while ago.
It seems my miniwiggler have a problem onto PORST pin. The POSRT can't lower than Vih. Even no connect any device. Maybe miniwiggler's buffer IC is damaged.
My template soulation is that ignore mimiwigger PORST opendrain. Connect buffer IC output directly. It can little bit lower to Vih.
It works fine in debugging.

Hi fastfret,

did you transmit a valid program with valid headers over Memtool ASC connection to device?

Regards,

TBencher

Hello,

When you try to connect to the board with the Memtool, do you get any error message? Also check if the debug connector and power supply are done correctly in the hardware.

Thanks.
