Hi,
I have question about changing NVRAM file to make my changes permanent. (survive reboot)
wl tool change country but after reboot country is set to default (US) again
Is a good approach to change NVRAM file (ccode)?
Thanks, Lazar
Show LessHi,
I am suing CYW43455 chip and wl unitlity to force chip to use 2.4GHz or 5GHz on swithc between both.
I am using wl band a, wl band b or wl band auto to perform the switch. However it looks like that these changes are causing:

We are using meta-murata-wireless layer commit f8724cf98c2d07881c9abb9dac01c0f65d3758d0 (HEAD, tag: imx-hardknott-drogon_r1.0, origin/imx-hardknott-drogon).
What is the right way to use wl band ? Is there known issue with this command. What is the exact call sequence to use this command ?
Thanks,
Bogdan
Hi
Is there a way to check the FMAC version with commands?
Thanks,
Hi ,
We are using CYW43455 chip so it switches from Fast Power Save to Power Save mode and vice-versa (wl PM 2 <-> wl PM 1).
The device we are working on is battery powered so we are trying to reduce power consumption as much as we can.
However, although we are not seeing any obvious network traffic problem, our log is full of following messages:
brcmfmac: brcmf_sdio_bus_sleep: error while changing bus sleep state -110
brcmfmac: brcmf_sdio_bus_sleep: error while changing bus sleep state -110
brcmfmac: brcmf_sdio_txfail: sdio error, abort command and terminate frame
brcmfmac: brcmf_sdio_bus_sleep: error while changing bus sleep state -110
brcmfmac: brcmf_sdio_bus_sleep: error while changing bus sleep state -110
We have also tried to reduce SDIO clock frequency by using SDR50 mode instead of SDR104:
mmc1: new ultra high speed SDR50 SDIO card at address
Unfortunately the error logs are still there.
We are using Firmware: BCM4345/6 wl0: Apr 15 2021 03:03:20 version 7.45.234 (4ca95bb CY) FWID 01-996384e2.
We are also using https://github.com/murata-wireless/meta-murata-wireless , hash f8724cf98c2d07881c9abb9dac01c0f65d3758d0.
Anyone know what might cause the issue ?
Best regards,
Bogdan

Hi ,
We meet a roaming issue: wifi disconnection happens very often.
Issue happen rate: around once per 2 hour
AP: Aruba
STA : CYW43455+RK3326
OS: Android 8
Wifi Driver: DHD
wl ver
1.363 RC125.15
wl0: Sep 26 2020 15:23:44 version 7.45.173 (r707987 CY) FWID 01-668b6f11
I find a error: TFS subelement ID unknown (65)
Is it a root cause for disconnect?
How could we fix it? or it just concerns router compatible.

Hi Infineon,
We are using CYW43455 chip and we want to expose command to our customers so they can decide to force 2.4GHz or 5GHz band.
wl tool documentation provides short summary about wl band command for this purposes.
However we have cases where running this command in runtime there's a kernel panic issue with following log:

Hi Sir
I have read the datasheet of CYW55572 , there is no FEM design with CYW55572.
May I know if customer wants to add ePA or FEM , how can we do that ? is it possible?
CYW55572 is WIFI6 solution that provide high QAM modulation output .whether if Isolation between BT and WIFI2.4 are not easy to take care ?

Hello, im researching about nintendo switch wifi/bt issues , i have some info about cyw4356 chip used in console, but in other forums people says this chip must be programmed for working in console, how can i do that, i bought this chip many times but never works, only from donor boards.
sorry for my english.
thanks
