What is the threshold voltage of WL_REG_ON and BT_REG_ON for the CYW4373E?

In the datasheet, it has 200K pull-down on these two pin and what is the 200K tolerance?

I want to add 90.6K ohm resistor on these two pins and pull-up to VDDIO (either 3.3V or 1.8V).

Would that have any issue?

Thanks

Hi, As per internal team-

1. What is the threshold voltage for BT_REG_ON and WL_REG_ON to set in “high” state?
- Both BT_REG_ON and WL_REG_ON follows the VIO thus the threshold is defined as VIH=0.7xVIO.

2. In the datasheet, these two pins have a 200K ohm pull-down. What is tolerance?
- It’s somewhere between +/-10% to +/-20%.

Thanks

Hi,

I'll confirm with the hardware team internally and get back to you.

Thanks
