environment:

device: Raspberry Pi 4B

os: ubuntu20.04

linux: Linux 255707a7-15a9-4c7a-b912-2910f6970e57 5.4.0-1032-raspi #35-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT Fri Mar 19 20:52:40 UTC 2021 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux

wireless: cyprresscyw43455

We use this environment for Wi Fi test. When we run WL command, this command always prompts - 23 error. What's the reason?

Please help us。

yes, that is ok,.

command pkteng_start prompts - 23 error.

Packet engine works only with mfgtest WLAN firmware. It will not work with production firmware. You can refer to section 4.2.4.4 WL Command Example for Data Rate testing for 2.4 GHz in https://www.cypress.com/documentation/application-notes/an225347-cypress-wi-fi-clm-regulatory-manual that will provide the WL command set to test the packet engine for 2.4GHz.

You can get in touch with module vendor of CYW43455 to get the mfgtest firmware
