First question asked Welcome!

Hello,

We are using the Raspberry Pi 0 W which uses the bcm43430 chip Wi-Fi/BLE.

We have noticed that when using simultaneously Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, the Bluetooth connection will drop randomly which led us to think it might have something to do with the antenna coexistence.

The scenario is quite simple: we connect the Pi to a Wi-Fi access point, connect to a Bluetooth device via BLE (the Raspberry Pi being the central) and at random times the Bluetooth connection will be dropped with the BLE reason "timeout".

We are unfortunately not able to reproduce the issue 100% of the time but we have noticed that when using multiple Wi-Fi AP with the same name the issue happens more often when turning off the one the Pi is connected to.
