port2 of xmc1100 is not responding

hello everybody,
i am using XMC1100 for my project. In that i am configuring the PORT 2 pins as GPIO. but they are not configuring as outputs. and PORT 1 and PORT 0 are working fine.
please, help me if you know this thing.

Hi,

If you want to configure the Port 2 pins as GPIO, you need to enable the digital pad function using P2_PDISC register (refer to Pg733 of "Infineon-xmc1100-AB_rm-UM-v01_02-EN"). But do take a note that there are only limited pins can be configured as outputs (details refer to data sheet).
