Dear,
As you know,
XMC4300 includes Arm-Cortex-M4-Processor and ESC(EtherCAT Slave Controller).
Both MCU connect with share memory.
Our product(EtherCAT module) is similar to xmc4300 relax ethercat kit.
This EtherCAT module commnicates to main PCB by RS-485 commnication.
In special case,
Arm-Cortex-M4 is HOLD(can not commnicate to other PCB),
althogh ESC can commmunicate to EtherCAT master through EtherCAT cable.
However, when EtherCAT master try to change OP mode to other mode,
ESC can not change to other mode.
We try to apply several kinds of electric noise to EtherCAT module and RS-485 line.
We observed whole reset or HOLD of XMC4300.(RS-485 and EtherCAT commnication are dead)
Does anyone can explain the origin(cause) of this special case?

I've got a DAVE project with the XMC1400. My main.c file is about 500 lines long and growing. I'm wanting to try to organize my code, by creating additional .c files such as ADC.c, ScanInputs.c, etc.
Is there a way to add multiple files, to the code?
I tried creating a file and adding '#include "DAVE.h"' at the top, and tried moving some of my code there and got an error.

Am presently working on BLDC Hall sensor Controlling using XMC1300 MCU with 120W custom motor and testing Current Control Scheme, am able to Run 120W DC Motor, But unable to control/Change Speed by using POTENTIOMETER
Observations:
1) When changing POT (approx from 2 to 5% analog input) the Motor running Slowly and Above 5% Maximum duty is applied and motor running with maximum speed and unable to reduce speed using POT
2) Motor is running When POT is at 0 position with some Feedback speed (65532), In CURRENT CONTROL SCHEME How to control Speed using POT (Analog input)?
3) Is any KP and KI factors to be adjusted to Control current ?
4) How to validate Current Controlling Scheme and what are the parameters to be observed ?
below is the current control PI technique used in XMC1300, please solve my issue ASAP

I want to create a project in position2go to transmit radar information using CAN bus. I found the file about canbus (xmc_can.c) in DAVE project P2G_FW/Libraries/XMCLib. I think this should mean that it can do the canbus function.
Do you have any examples of can bus or production steps you can provide?

a . Use 12 DAVE app 'PWM_CCU8' → CCU8 *12
b . Use 2 DAVE app 'PWM_SVM' → CCU8 *12 + Enable, Trap
When developing motor control SW,
1. please explain the difference in control method when designing 'PWM_CCU8' and 'PWM_SVM' in DAVE app.
2. If you have a 2 motor FOC control example, please share.

Hi All,
Does anyone knows the max voltage of XMC1302 GPIO can output?
In my PCB, I connected a Nmos Gate to XMC GPIO, Nmos Source to GND, Nmos Drain to another IC's Chip enable pin which has 4V (active high, pull this pin to logic low can disable the chip).
I want to control the IC's enable/disable. But when I pull up the GPIO, only about 0.9V I got. Can't reach the GS threshold voltage. (Min 1.0V, typ 1.75V)
