Hello,
I would like to configure simple use of ADC using registers configuration.

I already tried the example using the Dave Apps ADC_MEASUREMENT, with a potentiometer to switch on/off the inboard LED1.

I would like to do the same using registers configuration.

the thread here https://www.infineonforums.com/threads/559-XMC1100-configure-analog-digital-converter doesn't help me so much for now.

However, I didn't understand the correct syntax to have access to group dependent register, like GxARBCFG for example, where x represent the group ?

I am using analog pin P14.5, so group 0 channel 5 (reference manual 20.14.2).

Do you have an ADC code example with direct register coding ?

Hi,

I'm looking for a example with the std xmc lib. I want to count with a timer a external digital signal which is on a GPIO.
I found only ccu4 examples for timer mode not for counter mode.

I'm rebuilding my project with updated apps and it seems there's something funky going on with the bus speed selection (possibly related to newly introduced limits based on pad class?): I cannot select 5999 or 6000kHz bus speed, but I can select 5998, 6001, or 10000. Project attached. Show Less

Hello everyone,

I would like to set up a free running timer (16bits) with e. g. solutions of 100us on the XMC4 with/without Dave.
Could someone give me a hint how to do it with Dave (V4.2) ? Or there is an example which can be provided ?

Hi all,

I have a question regarding an error that I am receiving. After calling a library function XMC_VADC_GROUP_SetBoundaryEventInterruptNode(...) in the code, I started receiving a BusFault error that pointed to this register (this is the address recorded in BFAR).

Could someone please suggest what the problem might be? The program "breaks" at the point where the API retrieves some information from the register. I appreciate any help and thank you for taking time to read this.

N00b to XMC here. Just want to know can XMC1200 drive LCD display directly (e.g. 4 coms and 10 segments)? If there is support, are there any good examples to use for testing?

I know XMC1200-T028F0016 supports LED display, so just wondering if LCD direct drive is also supported.

Hi,

I downloaded THE example code (HTTPSERVER_RAW) from Infineon web (C:\DAVEv4\XMC_Peripheral_Library_v2.1.2\XMCLib\examples\XMC4500_series\ETH\HTTPSERVER_RAW)
and run it in the xmc4500 relax kit. By following the instructions in the readme file, I am able to use PC's browser to control the LED at the kit board.
This is done by changing the setting on the PC's network with the static IP address.

Further more I tried to change the intranet's router setting and enable the port forwarding. I hope to access the board from outside the intranet. So far I am not successful.
This test environment is based on DHCP: all the devices are connected to the router with the dynamic IP.

My questions are:

1. THE example code can connect to other device through the static IP address and the DHCP function may not be built in?
2. Is it possible to mix the static and dynamic IP for connection in between them?

One more thing, the example code is not utilized with the DMA?
