I’m trying to use XMCLoad.exe to flash a XMC4700 over a serial line. One of the first things it does is to download ASCLoader.hex into the XMC4700 RAM. As part of that process, it asks for the length of ASCLoader.hex, “Please Enter the 4 bytes Application Length (e.g: 4096):”. I’m on a Windows machine. How do I find the length it is asking for?

Hi,
Kindly check this appnote. If the ASCLoader.hex length is less than 4096 bytes, 4096 should be given as the input of application length.
Best Regards,
Vasanth
