Hey,

i read the thread "XMCFlasher cannot find the emulator" but can´t replay to this (because it´s marked as solved?!)

How i can setup the J-Link driver for XMC Flasher correct?

XMC_FLASHER.png

I am using the latest version of XMC Flasher (installed over developer Center).

Problem solved:

I installed the J-Link driver with my personal account now:

Segger-install.png

(it will not work when you install it for "all users")

now i am able to select the Debuggy Type:

Segger_debugType.png

everything work fine now.

Thanks

best regards

Andi

Hi ,
Could you please check the log file and see the error? And make sure that you have installed latest version of segger jlink driver in your system?

Meanwhile old threads are locked once answered. This is to make sure that the threads stay topic specific and user questions appended do not go un-noticed. It is recommended to create a new question in such cases. Even though you can refer the link of the thread if you need to point anything out from an older thread.

referred to the old thread --> the J-Link driver is installed as admin on my laptop --> the xmc flasher is starting from my personal account could this be the problem?
