I drew a minimum system version of XMC4800 to test this chip. Use DAVE4 software for debugging. The first few days were fine, but suddenly one day, I found that the program could not run normally. Turn on debugging and found that after entering the debugging, the start button is gray, as shown in Figure 1. The pause button is on

After I clicked Pause, I found that the running address was at 0X0000000 instead of 0X8000000. As shown in Figure 2

Then I wanted to check the program at 0x8000000, and found that it was all empty. As shown in Figure 3

Then I changed the xmc4500 microcontroller, and the problem still occurred, not directly damaged, but after several hours of debugging.

I removed the chip in question and loaded it on the official KIT board, but the chip still didn't work properly. This gives me a headache and I hope it can be resolved.

Hi,

Do you face any issues if you test the project on an XMC kit in the same way ? Are the chips in minimal system version facing the issue ? Also could you please share a clearer picture of the minimal schematic ?
