We do not have a ready code example for KIT_XMC48_IOT_AWS_WIFI, but other EtherCAT code examples are available here: https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/promopages/aim-mc/dave_downloads.html

You may use ETHCAT_SSC_XMC48 as a reference.
