XMC debugger to see global variables in real time

Hi All

Can anybody point me to the debugger that have following feature - is it possible see global variables in real time and its works with DAVE3 IDE?
It would be nice when it is also cheap ~100 Euro max.

Please check with PLS. I am using their debugger which can monitor global variables at real time.
