Hello there,
I'm planning to work with Infineon xmc4200 uc, I need to provide the capability to upgrade the 'user' program (residing in flash memory) by the usb connection.
I've seen two apps: FLASH002 and USBFU001, the combination of these it could fulfill my needs, but...what code's amount!
Is this the only solution in order to make an usb bootloader, or I've some other options?
Thanks for all

Hi max_max,
Yes, the current solution for upgrade the program in flash will be using the USBFU001 and FLASH002 apps.
By using USBFU001, you can transfer the data from Host via Kermit protocol and using FLASH002 to program the received data into the flash.

Hi Jackson and thanks for reply 🙂
I understand....this solution, in my opinion, has a big drawback: it requires a high code amount, so I have to decide if it's acceptable...
Thanks again :))
Massimiliano
