I bought the Infineon chip (XMC4700F144K2048AAXQMA1 ) from here(Perceptive-IC).
I would like to ask whether XMC4700F144K2048AAXQMA1 can be used as a substitute for FS32K148HAT0MLQT.
Solved! Go to Solution.

BMS
► Core technical advantages
1. Monitor cell voltage and temperature
2. Estimate battery state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH)
3. Limit power input and output for heat dissipation and overcharge protection
4. Control the battery charging curve
5. Balance the state of charge of each cell
► Program Specifications
1. 9.6 V ≤ VPWR ≤ 61.6 V working voltage, 75 V transient voltage
2. 14 core voltage measurement channels, 0.8 mV maximum total voltage measurement error
3. On-board 300mA low on-resistance passive cell balancing MOSFET with diagnostic function
4. OV/UV, OT/UT, OC fault verification
5. sleep mode OV/UV, OT/UT monitoring
6. Support ISO 26262, up to ASIL D safety level
7. Support hot plug and AEC Q-100
