I do need only 4 impulse instead 8 to shift datas into MY9291.
Is it possible to change the configuation?

Hi,

I'm afraid not. The problem is, if understood the correctly the MY9291, that DI is a double data rate signal.
I found a bit-bang implementation at https://github.com/icamgo/noduino-sdk/tree/master/lib/noduino/my9291
