The reference manual states you can connect an external SDRAM to the EBU interface. Is this possible with the XMC4500 Relax? The creation of the EBU001 app fails with F100x1024 as target, so it does not seem like that. Is there a workaround or is there no way to do that?

Thanks.

Hey yamanadu,

the Relax Kit is using the 100 Pin device of the XMC4500. In the XMC4500 100pin the EBU can only be used for asyn. multiplexed SRAM, no SDRAM. If you need to develop with SDRAM you can have a look to our CPU_45B Board.
