tried to register the product with the only number found on the product, which looks like a manufacturing date code. The registration page did not like its decimal format. The format indicated in the manual contains letters.
However I would like to know if the CAN-channel on the controller board is enabled in the firmware or if it need a config or an extension to become functional.
The solution link for related questions is not click-able, only showing a magnifier symbol when I hoover above the "link" to a possible FW file:
"BiDCDC_Converter GUI_Software_Ver1.0"
