Please add definition of external trigger to XMC1000 documentation

Hello,

In looking at the VADC section of the XMC1300 reference manual, the term "external trigger" is used but never defined. Is this a trigger from a pin on the chip, a trigger from another module in the system or both. Is its usage consistent across usage of the word?

Please change the documentation on page 605 of the reference manual from " external (outside the ADC) trigger" to " external trigger (outside the ADC)" and a definition is available. The current word order hides the definition.
