Hi @chittad ,

You may check the ordering information section in the following links:

1. TRAVEO™ T2G automotive microcontroller: https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-02-21617_TRAVEO_TM_T2G_automotive_microcontroller_CYT4BF_32-B...

2. AURIX™ Family – TC37xTX: https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/microcontroller/32-bit-tricore-microcontroller/32-bit-tricor...
Check both the datasheet and the addendum in the documents section.

If you are open to use more than one microcontroller, you have a wide range of options in the XMC4000 family, TRAVEO family and the AURIX family. You may also want to explore the EtherCAT options available in XMC devices.

Regards,
Nikhil

Hi @chittad,

Can you clarify what you mean by "Analog 6no."? Are you referring to any analog specific sub-modules here?

Nikhil

Analog means 6 pwm, I have checked in PSOC no ethernet available. Kindly suggest if we have 2 ethernet with other specification from any other series.
