Memtool connection failed

Hello team,

I have a problem while connecting XMC4400 hexagon to memtool 5. I followed the slide supported in the link below. But it can not connect to my PC. Is there anything I need to focus?

Can you confirm  us whether the boot mode of the device has been set properly while testing.

I've never had any success with MemTools, so if you're just changing your BMI, go straight to Dave4
