I have an 8 bits gray encoder connected to the port P5.0 ...P5.7 of the XMC4500.
Is there the possibility to get an interrupt every time a single pin changes its status ? Is the only solution to connect each single pin to an ERU channel or is there a simpler way to do it ?
Actually we are using an extra signal generated by the logic XOR of the 8 pins. This signal is than connected to an ERU channel.
Thank you for the help

Hi Enzo,
ERU is the hardware available to meet your request. You may do trigger combination options where multiple triggers are ORed together.
Best Regards,
Vasanth
