Hello members,

I have Faced the Issue when

a) While flashing Hex file using XMC Flasher Tool
b) While Debugging with Dave IDE 4.5.0 version

I Am using the XMC1302 T038X200AB  MCU

Flash Memory 200KB 

Am using this debugger : KIT_XMC_LINK_SEGGER_V1

Please find the below screen shots


I need the solution ASAP!!!!!!

Hi @Bandarikarthik 

Did you set already the BMI - Boot Mode Index ? 
Please go to "BMI" in the main menu, and click on "Get BMI" button, to check which Mode is already set.

I am Sorry, I cannot Share my Project to you.  But Let me Explain You my Problem 

I have 5 Similar custom Control Cards which has the XMC1302 MCU and all the MCUs receive the Proper VCC I have Checked it for 5 Control Boards but i can Flash the HEX file to only 2 MCUs and 3 MCUs through the Debugger Exception Error Ill share you the Screen Shot Below  need the Suggestion from your end

Did you set already the BMI - Boot Mode Index ?

Hello @Montassar-BR thank you for your response, 

@Alakananda_BG , @Montassar-BR 

I have tried this method in XMC flasher tool but no use and have set the BMI value in DAVE IDE got success, initially the MCU was in ASC bootstrap Load Mode as per my Hardwar SWD0 is Connected as debug Pins So I have  changed the Mode to SWD0 later I Have flashed the HEX file then I was successful.

Yes!! After BMI set I am able to flash the HEX file to MCUs
