Purpose:Slice for PWM and capture for delay measurement. Top part generates phase PWM, bottom part measures switching delay.
Is possible to use CC8y for synchronous PWM (compare mode) with dead time output top part (CC8zCR2) for PWM
and bottom part CC8yC0V,C1V for capture mode from input and same CC8yPR as period and CC4yTIMER for symetric timer.
