Hello,
we have tried CYBT-213043 mesh evaluation kit and when setting up boards we have not been able to get UUID detected in mesh control app on Windows 10 (refer attached pic). We built sample app and uploaded to board. Does any one face this issue and have any work around for this issue? FYI we have used ModusToolBox 3.0.

I am suing CYW43455 chip and wl unitlity to force chip to use 2.4GHz or 5GHz on swithc between both.
I am using wl band a, wl band b or wl band auto to perform the switch. However it looks like that these changes are causing:

We are using meta-murata-wireless layer commit f8724cf98c2d07881c9abb9dac01c0f65d3758d0 (HEAD, tag: imx-hardknott-drogon_r1.0, origin/imx-hardknott-drogon).
What is the right way to use wl band ? Is there known issue with this command. What is the exact call sequence to use this command ?
Thanks,
Bogdan
Hi,
We are trying to configure Ble mesh module board communicate with Mobile application controlling ON_OFF and Dimmable then whatever conditions. We tried with example codes For communicating with app, Sometimes we are facing issues in flashing also, while flashing the kit getting error that I attach my files we can see that and also help to find out solution to communicate with mobile and control on off conditions. And also not getting output in teraterm or putty.
Here we are using Devices information:

Hello,
We are in the process of building a product. There is a PCB with a STM32 Processor connected to a CYBT-343026-01 module via HCI_UART. The processor sends simple EZ Serial commands (v1.2.29) over UART (ping, reset, query firmware version) to the module using binary mode. However, I have not received a response for any commands. Can you provide some assistance?
Configuration:
- CYSPP (GPIO3) is high
- LP_MODE (I2C_SDA) is high
- XRES is high
Here's what I know:
- When UART CTS line is pulled low, the standard bluetooth HCI reset command returns the expected response.
- Bytes sent to the RX pin on the module correspond to the binary command sequence in the ez serial spec.
- No response is observed regardless of UART CTS level.
- No boot event response is observed when the module is powered on (according to the troubleshooting guide).
- The module advertises itself "EZ-Serial 91:6D:18" and can be paired.
Here are some questions on my mind:
- Why is the module sending responses for the standard bluetooth commands and not for the EZ Serial commands?
- How can I ensure the EZ-Serial firmware was uploaded correctly?
- Why is no boot event observed when the module is powered on?
Let me know if any additional details are required.
In this example,
There is a function a2dp_sink_data_cback, but not used.

Good Day!
We are using CYW4343W in our design (Murata 1MW). We would require to measure bit error rate (BER). The module UART is connected to the PC.
1. Do we need to use specific test firmware for Bluetooth testing( different from mfgtest firmware used for Wi-Fi) ? If yes where do we get the firmware?
2. Can we use the CyBluetool for sending HCI command to the module from the PC? What are the other options?
3. How to download the test firmware on to the CYW4343W module?
4. Can you list the specific HCI command sequence to measure Packet Error Rate and details to interpret the result?
Thanks!.
Show LessI have a question about the programming language of PSoC 6 BLE specifically PSoC 063 BLE on Modus Toolbox software. Is it C or Assembly exactly, the question seems silly but I don't know it!
Thank you!
I'm using CY8CKIT-062S2-43012 for CYW43012. I'm using CYBluetool to issue commands to the chip by flashing a program found in another forum here. (https://community.infineon.com/t5/AIROC-Wi-Fi-and-Wi-Fi-Bluetooth/CY8CKIT-062S2-43012-HCI-UART-over-KitProg3/td-p/340653)
Using the program mentioned in the forum I'm able to issue commands to the boards.
But once I issue "set_TX_Carrier_Frequency_ARM "command and measuring current in VBAT(J8), I'm measuring 17mA,which is not matching with the Data Sheet and I'm not seeing any change in that current with respect to changes made in transmit power(0dB, 5dB, ...18dB) in all these powers, the current measurement remains in 17mA.
Therefor it can be assumed that the transmit power is not changing.
can you help me configure the device in such a way that I can control the transmit power.
and why am I seeing such a difference in current measured in 100% transmission, I guess there may be some error in my measurement there too.
can you help me resolve these issues.

Show LessWe have an application where we no longer realistcally have access to JTAG/SWD and need to durably change the bluetooth address of the CYW43455 so that it survives reset. Is this possible via HCI alone, or is there a different way of doing this?
Thanks!
