I was wondering which products in your company support the TBFC(Triggered Broadcom [Bluetooth] Fast Connect) function?
Could you please provide the relevant product models under production, as well as the access to these chip evaluation boards or download links?
I need the relevant IDE,SDK and hardware to develop these functions;
Show LessWe have plan to use the BW2455-44P (sdio/dhd-android-1.363.125.19 <driver> ) with Sigma Star SDK(SAV837SDK_V15/Linux(kernel) version : 4.9.227).
The command(ping) is worked fine after connecting to AP.
Howerver, When I tried to do live view stream with VLC on the PC after the unit connected to AP(Router, The PC and unit are in the same nework), There was Cmd error ( [sdmmc_1] Err: #Cmd_53 (0xA900004A)=>(E: 0x0100)(S: 0x00000000)__(L:1059)(B:74/74)(I:0/1) dhd_bcmsdh_send_buf: sdio error -1, abort command and terminate frame).
- So, Could you help me how to fix the issue as soon as possible ?
- Please let me know which driver I should use to fix the problem.

Show LessHi,
We bought CYBLE-013025-EVAL evaluation board.
Now trying to integration the CYBLE-013025 module into our board but due to a lack of documentation we are struggling to talk to it via UART. It is not clear which UART or PUART should be used as it was working on the EVAL board when talking via a terminal.
Could you please point me out where I can find the schematic diagram for CYBLE-013025-EVAL board?
Show LessHello
I have read that you could use a AUDIO_SHIELD_REMOVED macro in the A2DP sink example for the CYW920721M2EVK-02 EVK to run the example without the audio shield. Is this true?
If it is possible how do I implement it?
- I have tried to implement it but without luck.
Thank you in advance!
Show LessHello
I want to use the CYW920721M2EPA2 as a bluetooth audio sink from bluetooth to I2S but without the arduino hat from the CYW920721M2EVK-02.
It semes like that the example "Audio Sink" in modustoolbox requires an external codec sc47L35 which I figure is on the arduino hat. The terminal just repeatedly writes:
"
DRIVER_CODEC R16 1800:0000
Codec cs47L35 not detected
"
Is it possible to use an internal codec? or is there another method of generating I2S from bluetooth with the CYW920721M2EPA2 bluetooth module?
Thank you for your time!
Dear Infineon team,
we are experiencing the following behaviors.
HW: CYW4343W (Laird Sterling LWB) within Variscite DART-6UL SoM
FW: BCM43430A1_v001.002.009.0142.0511.hcd (within Yocto Dunfull, kernel 5.4.142, bluez 5.55)
Repro Steps:
- bluetoothctl: power on
- bluetoothctl: advertise on
Connect using BLE Scanner App on phone.
- bluetoothctl: disconnect
Phone with Android 11 & 12 force an automatic reconnection.
- bluetoothctl: disconnect
Phone with Android 11 & 12 force an automatic reconnection but the kernel now notifies the following messages
[17196.416963] Bluetooth: hci0: command 0x2006 tx timeout
[17198.497135] Bluetooth: hci0: command 0x200a tx timeout
The only way to recover is stopping the hci interface and the brcm_patchram_plus binary to reload the BT firmware and restart the BT interface.
Phones with Android 11 and 12 show this behavior. Tested phones: Samsung Galaxy S20/S22, Google Pixel 3XL/4A/6 and Nokia 5.3
Phones with Android 10 or below do not show this behavior and upon disconnect, the phones don't try reconnecting.
Are you aware of any known similar behavior ?
Thanks
Best Regards

Show LessHi~
I tried to use Modustool 3.0 because I received email for the Newly released Modustool.
But I cannot change BSP model from based chip model(CYW20706) to same based module(CYBT-343026-01).
But I cannot find that module in Library manager.
Is it a new policy? or some bugs?
Thanks alot

Dear Team,
We are looking to whitelist the BD-Address for the devices. How can i see the BD-Address of the module from the cypress.?
Public address which are silicon generated.
Also how we can check the random address of the module if any.? and method to change it

Show LessI'm implementing out of band pairing with the CYBT-413055 as peripheral and an Android smartphone as central. During the out of band pairing procedure the pairing is aborted because of unmatching commitment values. After that I checked how this commitment value is calculated inside the bluetooth specs. The calculation is described as follows:
commitment(key, message) = AES-CMAC(secure_connections_random_value, (public_key_x_of_a || public_key_x_of_a || 0x00)).
So for the key the random value exchanged via the oob interface is used and for the message a concatenation of two times the public key x of the device and 0x00 is used. I calculated the AES-CMAC manually using data generated by the function wiced_bt_smp_create_local_sc_oob_data. With the manual calculation I couldn't reproduce the commitment value. So could it be that the algorithm used inside the function wiced_bt_smp_create_local_sc_oob_data is not the same as described in the bluetooth specs? And how can I solve this issue?
