Hi,
I want to change the BCM94343WWCD2 EVB CPU freq (96MHz to 48 MHz)
I change the CPU_CLOCK_HZ (and some PLL paramers) in platform_config.h
But got error msg about watchdog
it seems doesn't define the DBG_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_MULTIPLIER in platform_watchdog.c:
#if (CPU_CLOCK_HZ == 120000000)
#define DBG_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_MULTIPLIER (2250)
#elif (CPU_CLOCK_HZ == 100000000)
#define DBG_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_MULTIPLIER (1875)
#elif (CPU_CLOCK_HZ == 96000000)
#define DBG_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_MULTIPLIER (3600)
how should I define the DBG_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_MULTIPLIER with CPU_CLOCK_HZ == 48000000?
Thanks.
Randy
Show LessHi All,
How to intialize SPI to communicate with sflash in wiced. How we can generate different clock frequencies on the clk pin.
Please let me know how i can do this?
Thanks,

Show LessHi,
i'm trying to execute MFG Test on CYW94343WWCD1_EVB for generate the carrier wave.
I'm using Wiced 6.4 sdk WICED Wiced_006.004.000.0061
but the result is

fqacurcy
Manufacturing test: set frequency accuracy mode.
freqacuracy syntax is: fqacurcy <channel>
Arg is channel number 1-14, or 0 to stop the test.
no carrier wave and the wifi module doesn't respond anymore.
Why ?
I followed the instuctions on page 11 of WICED-Studio-6.4-SDK\43xxx_Wi-Fi\doc\WICED-MFG202-R.pdf
What can i do to enable carrier wave emission ?
Thanks

Hi,
We are designing WICED application with STM32+CYW43438.
We will make our board as CoB and there will be test point to connect JTAG and UART of STM32 for debugging.
In order to debug with WICED studio, I think we will buy FTDI chipset board like following link and change setting by attached file.
https://jp.rs-online.com/web/p/interface-development-kits/7374695/
Then, connect JTAG pins to test point that is connected to STM32 JTAG pins.
Is my understanding correct?
Thank you.

Show LessHi ,
In our project we need to load the production test application and main application at once.First production application has to start and perform the tests, after the tests it should set switch to main application. We have common DCT for both applications and device doesn't use any of the sleep modes.
As per the Multiple application execution on CYW943907AEVAL1F article it is possible to use multiple applications with ThreadX. But our project uses Free RTOS and LwIP.
Is it possible to achieve multiple application with Free RTOS ?? please share the details for the same.
Show LessHI I purchased one EVK from Laird
455-00030 Laird - Wireless & Thermal Systems | RF/IF and RFID | DigiKey
I tried a few sample and attached to terminal
Both platform does not log anything after the joining log entry.
Am I missing custom platform files from Laird ?

Hi,
I'm recently trying to use an Avnet BCM94343W board for my experiment, however, I'm running into trouble with the timer.
I needed to set a 10 second delay so I used wiced_rtos_delay_milliseconds(10000) for the delay, but the result is often a delay less than 10 seconds.
I've also used wiced_time_get_time() to get time of my experiment but its often incorrect. When my experiment starts, I'll set wiced_time_get_time(&start) and send a GPIO signal to an external device to start its own timer for time comparison. When the experiment ends, I create another variable wiced_time_get_time(&end) and send another GPIO to stop the external device's time measurement. With the difference in start and end, BCM94343W shows my experiments end at around 55 secs, but my external device measures 60 secs. I've also tried the same program on Cypress CYW943907 and it measures 60 sec for each experiment.
Does anyone know methods to solve this issue or another way to obtain a more accurate time-stamp for BCM94343W?
Show LessHi all,
Does any function for "CYW43907 RMII Loopback test" in the wiced studio?
If no, does anybody know how can I verify the RMII is OK?
thanks.
