Whenever i try to write something to the memory using wiced_dct_write, the LED I have connected to one of the GPIO pins flashes/flickers, more like its not getting enough power or its being interrupted. While all other processes work without any issues, only wiced_dct_write causes this problem. Even if wiced_dct_write has 100% cpu usage, I do not find any co relation as to why the LED flickers.
Show LessWhen will support files for the STM32F401 be made available for the WICED 3.1.2 SDK ??
Hello,
Are there any standard libraries that are readily available to integrate 2.8inch TFT which is ILI9341 controller based?
If not above module, are there any other TFTs which can be quickly and easily integrated with WICED WiFi over SPI?
Thanks,
Raghu
Show LessHi,
I'm using the 94390 as a slave to another microprocessor and am using SPI to control it. I started with the spi_slave app snippet and have successfully gotten the microprocessor to turn the LEDs on and off via SPI commands. I have extended the SPI slave registers to pass commands/data, e.g. ssid, password, and these work fine too. However, after I call wwd_wifi_join / wiced_network_up, the 94390 no longer responds to any SPI traffic. Is there anything particular about these functions that would cause the spi (SPI2) to stop functioning? Btw, I am using SDK 3.1.2.
Regards,
Hugh
Show LessIn NetX Duo version, at least, wiced_tcp_server_add_tls inits a context object and then adds it to all sockets for this server. But wiced_tls_advanced_context_t object seems to be stateful and connection-specific, and can't be shared from what I can see.
How can concurrent TLS connections work in this implementation? (which is what socket array is for)
Show LessI set up a board-A to act as the gedday host which provides a _http_tcp.local service in the network.
Call the gedday_discover_service() in board-B to try to discover the service provided by board-A. (board-A and board-B are in same network)
In board-B, The gedday_discover_service() returned 'WICED_SUCCESS', but in the 'service_result', only 'service_name' is valid.
I can not get the ip and port of the board-A.
I also use my iPhone to discovery the service, it is OK, I can see the port/IP address and service name on my iPhone.
Any suggestion? Thanks!

Show Lessi everyone,
I'm using platform N01 with a spi flash running OTA code. However I found an issue when burning image on to external flash.
I found that sometimes I need to erase whole chip before I could successfully download images to external flash...
I've checked the code, it appears that it will give erase sector command before every write. Ideally this should work, however I keep seeing "Verify error - Data was not written successfully - abort!" as below
Received command: POST_WRITE_VERIFY WRTIE_ERASE_IF_NEEDED
Destination address: 126976
Size: 16384
Initialising
Done initialising
Verifying existing data!
Verifying after write
Verify error - Data was not written successfully - abort!
I could download code after given this command:
.\tools\OpenOCD\Win32\openocd-all-brcm-libftdi.exe -f ./tools/OpenOCD/BCM9WCD1EVAL1.cfg -f ./tools/OpenOCD/stm32f2x.cfg -f apps/waf/sflash_write/sflash_write.tcl -c "sflash_erase SSBWMN01 0" -c shutdown
My project is using spansion flash, does anyone know how to solve this issue?
It's pretty inconvenient that I have to manually give command every time I need to update code.
Show LessI'm using a BCM943362WCD4 Eval Board with the 3.1.2 SDK with the USB interface on a Windows 8.1 PC. I need to use the WWD wifi driver in a No OS application, so I first tried out the canned-send NoOS NoNS example.
If after a cold boot I download the wwd.canned-send-BCM943362WCD4-NoOS-NoNS-debug demo it does not work, it is waiting at a semaphore, waiting for a response from the WIFI chip. However if I first download another example, e.g a snip-scan that uses ThreadX and then I download the canned-send NoOS, then it starts working.
Any idea how to fix that?
