Hello ...
I have a server tcp socket connected to a client.
I want to get ip address of the client.
Here the code.
wiced_tcp_socket_t tcp_socket_msg;
UINT status;
status = wiced_tcp_create_socket ( &tcp_socket_msg, WICED_AP_INTERFACE );
if ( status != WICED_SUCCESS )
{
WPRINT_APP_INFO( ("wiced_tcp_create_socket failed, status = %d\n", status) );
}
status = wiced_tcp_listen ( &tcp_socket_msg, 50002 );
if ( status != WICED_SUCCESS )
{
WPRINT_APP_INFO( ("wiced_tcp_listen failed, status = %d\n", status) );
wiced_tcp_delete_socket ( &tcp_socket_msg );
return;
}
do
{
status = wiced_tcp_accept ( &tcp_socket_msg );
if ( status == WICED_SUCCESS )
{
WPRINT_APP_INFO( ("wiced_tcp_accept ok!\n") );
break;
}
WPRINT_APP_INFO( ("wiced_tcp_accept failed, status = %d\n", status) );
} while ( status == WICED_TCPIP_SOCKET_CLOSED );
HOW GET TCP CLIENT ADDRESS FROM tcp_socket_msg ???

Maybe there is a better way to accomplish what I'm trying to do, but I'm looking to pass a build number into the build process from Jenkins which will use a batch file to execute the make command in a nightly build. In other words, I'd like to be able to pass in this number to be compiled in as part of the version number of the application. This number should become part of the CFLAGS.
The make files are more complex than what I've dealt with before and I haven't found an obvious solution.
Show LessI am using a Murata's 1LD(CYW43438 combo chipset + STM32F412 MCU) development board. The USB does not enumerate properly to show the WICED USB-JTAG and WICED USB-serial port in my windows 10 host. Could see in the device manager that no compatible drivers were found.
Tried installing the drivers manually by executing WICED-Studio-6.4\Drivers\Windows\uart\DPInst_x64.exe but the driver installation failed without any error description.
Request help on the same. Thanks
Hello, guys.
There is a real confusion outside concerning the BLE features of your CYW4343W chip.
On this page (link) you say it supports BLE v5.1, here you say it supports BLE v4.2 whereas here we can see both claims (On the top of the page you say BLE v5.1 and then in a name of datasheet document, as well as within datasheet, you say BLE v4.2.
Some third-party modules based on the CYW4343W chip (e.g. this one) advertise it as BLE 5.1 compliant.
Simple question for you - can you tell us loud and clear, which version of BLE CYW4343W supports?
If it is BLE v5.1, would you be so kind to help me with the following:
1) Is there 2M PHY that would allow 2Mbps transfer rate over BLE?
2) What is the maximum size of the BLE packet? Does it support Data Length Extensions (DLE) feature that enables up to 251 Bytes of payload in a single BLE packet?
3) Can we establish multiple BLE connections and handle them simultaneously with CYW4343W chip? If affirmative, what is the maximum number of devices that can be connected with CYW4343W chip simultaneously?
4) Is it possible for BLE part of CYW4343W chip to act as a Peripheral (advertising BLE packets) and Central BLE device (scanning for BLE packets) simultaneously?
5) Is there any negative consequence of time sharing the same antenna between WiFi and BLE (deteriorated performance, decreased reliability...)?
Thanks in advance for your time and efforts. Looking forward to reading from you.
Sincerely,
Bojan.

Could attempts to program be putting code into RAM or the wrong place in flash?
Attempts to program report the device is erased and programmed. After a reset, it reverts back to previous code functionality.

Hello.
We are developing a board with CYW943907A.
We plan to product many boards.
Is there any commercial JTAG programmer for CYW9439074A ?
Is there specific GUI for the programmer or We have to develop our GUI ?

Hello.
I'm using CYW943907AEVAL1F.
I load "snip/sd_filesystem" code.
I put on uSD receptacle this model of uSD Scheda MicroSD PRO Endurance - 2018 (128GB) | Samsung IT
This uSD is a 128GB, interface UHS-I, Class 10.
Line 375 of "sd_filesystem.c" calls "wiced_filesystem_mount .. WICED_FILESYSTEM_HANDLE_FILEX" fails.
I dont' understand, in datasheet "002-14829 Rev. *K" page 18 I read UHS-I modes are supported.

Hello.
I open "snip/sd_filesystem"
At row 49 of the file "sd_filesystem.mk" I read this line ...
"# For exFAT support, use filesystems/FileX/exFAT (for licensees only)"
Have I to buy particular licence for exFAT ?

Hello.
I want to start WiFi as AP with a specific SSID.
My SSID has to be "MyProduct_SNXXXX" where "XXXX" is the serial number of my product
and has to be stored in some non volatile memory (FLASH, EEPROM, uSD).
Using "wifi_config_dct.h" macro is not a good idea.
