As I am new in Cypress WICED SDK, so I have tried to test evaluation board with simplest examples from WICED.

My board is BCM943364WCD1_e  module with BCM9WCD9EVAL1_6 development board.

I have tested with several examples. The compilations and load firmware are OK.

This is with example snip.scan

But when I checked on serial terminal, it showed error and stuck at as follows:

I tested with other examples, for example, snip.apsta, it showed the same error.

I have tested with WICED 5.2, 5.0, 6.0. All have the same problem.

I have tried to debug, and it showed that  problem is at  the function:

wiced_init()

When I tested with other examples, for example snip.uart, which does not have wiced_init(), then it works fine.

I wonder if you could show me what have been incorrect?

Hi.

I have verified MQTT on my AWS-IoT endpoint using MQTT.fx and mosquito_pub/sub commands from the desktop.

I am trying to get the was_iot/publisher demo to run. Unfortunately, the DNS lookup failed for my endpoint. This is the same DNS issue that still persists with Apple Airport Wireless Access Points and WICED (since 3.3.1 or earlier as well). So, I increased the number of DNS servers to 4 and added two more DNS, with one of them being the gateway. So that got me to the point where the MQTT broker address is resolved.

The rootCA.pem, cert.pem, and privKey.pem is put in resources/apps/secure_mqtt.

Unfortunately, there is some security problem that results in secure mqtt connection fail ...

we are working with detection of input as interrupt and we are using below software setup.

sdk 3.7.0-3

wifi module sn8205x

we are  facing below mentioned issue.

"During detection of interrupt we have to start timer for microsecond but in wiced sdk only millisecond timer API is given so how can we implement for microsecond"  

Dear Cypress,

I would like to build Wi-Fi to USB Adapter. As far as I understood I should initialize USB subsystem as  CDC class device mode and then translate the requests and responses to host (PC).

Now I'm going to use  wiced_https_get function to get data from http server and translate the response to usb. How to put void* buffer of this function to hi-speed internal data channel of CYW43907? Should I use DMA for this? Could you give the examples of dma configuration for CYW43907?

Maybe you have any examples for AXI data exchange between blocks like USB, UART, Ethernet with Wi-Fi CPU?
