Hi,

I have tried to install the SDK 3.1.2 IDE on my laptop and the following error pops up:

"Could not find appropriate 32-bit Java Runtime Environment (JRE). WICED IDE requires 32-bit JRE version 1.6.0 or higher."

Thanks

NK

The WICED SDK utilizes a 32-bit version of an Eclipse based IDE which requires a 32-bit version of JRE to be installed. If you have the 64-bit JRE installed you will need to install the 32-bit version as well. The JRE is designed to allow both 32 and 64 bit variants to be installed on the same system.

Java 32-bit and Java-64 bit can co-exist on the same machine.   You need Java 32-bit for the IDE to function.

Refer to Installation IssuesThe update on Mar 16, 2014 11:17PM shows you where you can retrieve it  (did not test the link to see if it still works)
